- Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Strategists to support day-to-day client needs and ensure smooth account operations.
- Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across client accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify actionable insights for creative improvement.
- Coordinate creative testing and landing page optimization initiatives.
- Support the development and quality assurance of client-facing reports and presentations.
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings to capture notes and track action items.
