Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Growth Operations, or Brand Operations.
- Strong understanding of both marketing strategy and marketing execution.
- Hands-on experience building automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience using Claude Code or other AI-powered development tools.
- Demonstrated ability in process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ability to independently prioritize initiatives and execute projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Embed across Growth, CRM, Creative, Influencer, and Brand teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Design and own the marketing operating rhythm, including campaign intake, planning, and performance reporting.
- Manage the marketing automation ecosystem and standardize the technology stack.
- Design and deploy automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n.
- Build executive reporting and partner with Business Intelligence to improve data infrastructure.
- Measure initiatives through tangible outcomes like hours saved and error-rate improvements.
- Own all improvement initiatives end-to-end, including documentation and team training.
