Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house or agency with significant in-house exposure.
- Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including experience building pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound strategies.
- Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or similar systems) and maintaining clean, structured hiring data.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and minimal structure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Based in the United States and available to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of 10–15 open roles across Engineering, GTM, and G&A, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, developing pipelines from scratch when inbound demand is insufficient.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and align on hiring expectations.
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data to ensure visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress.
- Drive offer negotiations and closing processes, effectively managing expectations and competing offers.
- Support hiring reporting and performance tracking, contributing insights and recommendations based on data.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.
