Job Details

5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, including senior-level and specialized engineering roles.
Proven experience supporting global or multi-region hiring efforts across different talent markets.
Strong ability to evaluate technical roles across backend, infrastructure, product engineering, or AI-adjacent domains.
Solid technical literacy, with understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.
Experience building sourcing strategies for competitive, niche, or AI-focused talent pools.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and align teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve funnel performance.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or AI/tech-driven environments is highly valued.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles across engineering, research, and product teams, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across multiple regions, adapting to local talent markets and hiring conditions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and leveling standards aligned with both technical depth and business needs.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for AI, infrastructure, and customer-facing technical talent in highly competitive markets.
Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience across time zones through structured communication and process rigor.
Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring velocity, signal quality, and overall process effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant and scalable global hiring practices.
