Requirements
- 10+ years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as Director of Nursing, VP of Patient Care, CNO, or equivalent within a recognized healthcare system.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Proven experience operating in environments involving vendor evaluation, procurement decisions, or clinical/operational technology adoption.
- Strong ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly and confidently to both executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Demonstrated experience influencing or participating in clinical education, professional development, or workforce transformation initiatives.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to operate effectively in sales-driven environments and contribute to deal progression.
- Established credibility within healthcare networks, with prior exposure to large, complex, or academic health systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and operate as a peer to senior clinical executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary clinical authority in go-to-market engagements, partnering with sales teams to engage healthcare executives and CNO-level stakeholders in peer-to-peer discussions.
- Lead clinical validation during the sales process by addressing objections, supporting buyer justification, and reinforcing the clinical value of workforce training programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinical leaders and champions across health systems to support adoption, expansion, and sustained engagement.
- Serve as the internal clinical voice for product, program, and marketing decisions, ensuring all messaging, claims, and use cases reflect real-world nursing and care delivery realities.
- Coach commercial teams on clinical fluency, healthcare delivery models, and executive priorities to improve effectiveness in customer conversations.
- Represent the organization externally through conferences, advisory engagements, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen credibility within nursing leadership communities.
