Requirements
- 10+ years of clinical nursing experience.
- 5+ years in a senior nursing leadership role (Director of Nursing, VP Patient Care, CNO, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a commercial environment.
- Experience working with vendors, leading evaluations, or making significant technology/operational purchasing decisions.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Excellent communicator in small and large group settings.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Join sales as the clinical voice to converse peer-to-peer with clinical executives.
- Challenge and reframe clinical objections.
- Build trusted, lasting relationships with clinical champions inside target accounts.
- Co-own clinical validation during the sales process.
- Serve as the voice of the clinical operator on program and product roadmaps.
- Coach the sales team on clinical fluency.
- Review and stress-test clinical claims in marketing materials and ROI models.
- Develop clinical content like white papers and webinars.
- Advise GTM strategy identifying resonant programs and buyers.
- Represent the company externally at nursing and health system conferences.
