Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a similar discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in engineering consulting services in the public or private sector.
- Prior experience in client-facing project management including strategy, execution, and scope of work development.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal development.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing connections to uncover new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations addressing client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Implement strategies to address client risks, execution concerns, and stakeholder issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery from initial contact to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations related to sediment or upland remediation.
- Support technical phases of remediation projects including PDI, BODR, and final design.
- Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence.
