Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-minded and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Empathetic communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience handling confidential documents.
- Legal, legal tech, or back-office operations experience is a plus.
- Experience with Zendesk, Quo, and Zoom is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain voice of the customer feedback loops, reporting, and documentation.
- Work cross-functionally to improve products and policies impacting customer experience.
- Provide high-quality, end-to-end support via email and phone across all products and services.
- Own decision-making for troubleshooting customer issues.
- Maintain clean, accurate organization and user data for billing and downstream workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, optimize, and execute SaaS operational processes.
