Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-minded and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Empathetic communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience handling confidential documents.
  • Legal, legal tech, or back-office operations experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Quo, and Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain voice of the customer feedback loops, reporting, and documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve products and policies impacting customer experience.
  • Provide high-quality, end-to-end support via email and phone across all products and services.
  • Own decision-making for troubleshooting customer issues.
  • Maintain clean, accurate organization and user data for billing and downstream workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, optimize, and execute SaaS operational processes.
