Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG).
- Client-facing, engagement-leadership experience.
- Daily practitioner of LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Technical proficiency operating in the terminal to build and maintain agentic patterns.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and fundamental research processes.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Thrive in a high-velocity environment focused on rapid delivery.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 'Agentic Workflow Training' series as a repeatable, institutional product.
- Develop proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies including Long/Short Equity, Macro/Multi-Strat, and Credit/Private Markets.
- Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows using tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Establish evaluation harnesses to measure agent performance, hallucination risk, and research depth.
- Lead high-stakes design sprints for C-suite stakeholders at investment funds.
- Partner with Sales and CTMs to scope high-value consulting engagements.
- Serve as an internal coach to empower engineering teams on prompt and agent fluency.
- Contribute to R&D on prompt safety and governance for regulated environments.
