- BI or data tooling experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities
- Lead AI enablement across Primer
- Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Coach teams to design and implement AI workflows
- Drive Claude adoption and AI knowledge-sharing
- Evaluate and recommend AI tooling
- Shape and execute AI strategy
- Scale AI responsibly in partnership with Security
- Build self-serve AI literacy and training infrastructure
- Define and report on AI business impact metrics
