Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting.
- Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization.
- 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
- Experience with large-scale migrations or custom development.
- Demonstrated ability to build a services portfolio, including defining offerings and pricing strategies.
- Experience managing the full commercial loop, including scoping, pricing, and revenue retention.
- Genuine fluency with AI-augmented delivery models.
- Proven track record of effective performance management for individual contributors and leads.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly under pressure.
- A strategic mindset combined with an operator's focus on delivery details.
Responsibilities
- Build an agentic Professional Services organization utilizing AI to augment delivery and increase capacity.
- Drive business growth by identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales and Account Management.
- Lead a team of engineers and delivery managers through complex migrations, implementations, and custom enterprise engagements.
- Own end-to-end delivery quality, including project health, escalation management, and customer outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a clear, repeatable menu of service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to set strategic direction and translate it into actionable operating plans.
- Differentiate the services offering in the market and build proof points for value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine platform and services feedback loops.
- Represent the organization to senior internal and external stakeholders and customer executives.
