Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, or implementation management.
- Direct experience within the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage partner reporting and create polished reports and dashboards.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting data and strategic updates to stakeholders.
- Technical and data literacy with familiarity in modern data platforms.
- Highly organized with a proven track record of executing complex projects on time.
- Strong attention to detail and structured project management approach.
- Startup experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand as a professional ambassador to external partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact managing relationships from onboarding through delivery.
- Lead end-to-end project management for new partner launches, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Track partner metrics and deliverables while proactively solving potential roadblocks.
- Advocate for partner needs internally and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Prepare data-driven presentations and lead monthly account reviews and quarterly business reviews.
