- Conduct targeted, high-complexity initial assessments, secondary or tertiary consultations, and manage treatment failure escalations.
- Serve as the ultimate clinical authority on complex differential diagnoses, atypical MSK presentations, and surgical/non-surgical triage.
- Provide advanced interpretation of complex imaging (MRI, CT, MSK Ultrasound) and guide treatment plans.
- Educate and empower patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
- Serve as the Collaborating/Supervising Physician for APPs, conduct chart audits, provide clinical escalation pathways, and mentor the team.
- Engage with the broader clinical team of physical therapists and health coaches to discuss complex cases and share best practices.
- Establish, review, and follow evidence-based MSK clinical protocols.
