Requirements
- 12+ years of direct and/or indirect sales experience.
- Proven experience in a senior sales, partner, or business development role for complex enterprise technology.
- Experience selling into, partnering with, or working within a major Global Systems Integrator.
- Strong understanding of GSI value propositions, including sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and managed services models.
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment across multiple countries and business units.
- Strong commercial acumen for managing complex deal structures and negotiations.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver regular forecasting, pipeline reporting, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA & LATAM relationship with NTT DATA for strategic sales partnering and field execution.
- Execute the NTT DATA global account strategy, aligning regional activity with the Global GAM plan.
- Develop and manage account plans, stakeholder maps, and pursuit plans across multiple NTT DATA entities.
- Drive qualified pipeline creation and deal progression in partnership with end-user account teams.
- Coordinate joint demand generation activities to connect with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to create value propositions for managed services, cloud, cyber resilience, and AI data services.
- Maintain an operating cadence with global and regional leadership to track forecasting, pipeline, and risks.
