Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with identity/SSO solutions such as Okta.
- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace and MDM/endpoint security tooling.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities in languages such as Python or Bash.
- Security-conscious mindset with an understanding of internal system hardening.
- Strong service orientation and clear communication skills.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing startup is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS provisioning automation.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own identity and SSO, including provisioning into downstream tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
- Manage the device lifecycle and implement endpoint security using MDM.
- Administer SaaS applications, including access control and licensing management.
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Automate internal IT workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain internal networking infrastructure and contribute to the company's security and compliance posture.
