Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.
  • Experience selling in the mid-market space.
  • High-volume cold calling experience.
  • Strong aptitude for learning complex business operations and processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and collaborative work style.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect mid-market leads through active research and high-volume cold calling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including POCs, trials, and multi-faceted pricing negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives and CXOs.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the Samsara Connected Operations Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide product solutions that address unique customer business challenges.
