Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
- Proven experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.
- Must be located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, or Alabama.
- Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- Experience selling in the mid-market space with medium to large deal sizes.
- Demonstrated consistency in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Growth mindset and strong collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through constant prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct POCs and manage product trials to demonstrate value.
- Negotiate complex, multi-faceted pricing agreements.
- Sell effectively to executive and CXO stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with customers in industries like agriculture, construction, and field services.
