Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.
  • Must be located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, or Alabama.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Experience selling in the mid-market space with medium to large deal sizes.
  • Demonstrated consistency in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Growth mindset and strong collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through constant prospecting and cold calling.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct POCs and manage product trials to demonstrate value.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-faceted pricing agreements.
  • Sell effectively to executive and CXO stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers in industries like agriculture, construction, and field services.
