Requirements
- 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5 years as a solutions architect or similar role.
- Proficiency in multiple development languages (e.g., Typescript, Solidity, Rust, Go).
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks and SDKs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Awareness of the institutional digital asset landscape, including operational and security concerns for regulated entities.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles in a pre-sales or solutions capacity.
- Experience working directly with Tier 1 financial institutions or large, security-conscious enterprises.
- Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns (SOC 2/ISO 27001, API authentication, secure deployment models).
- Strong written communication skills for producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Ability to tailor technical presentations for stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Blockdaemon's Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to demonstrate product fit and address technical requirements for enterprise prospects.
- Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations to accelerate product adoption.
- Design tailored technical solutions that align with customer business needs and workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and ensure feature readiness.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars while developing best-practice documentation.
