Requirements
- Senior-level experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting within enterprise or partner ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC practices, and modern software delivery platforms (e.g., Git-based workflows).
- Proven experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in India or similar partner-led enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of partner-led GTM models including co-sell, deal registration, and services-driven revenue motions.
- Ability to design and communicate scalable technical architectures using industry-standard, non-product-specific language.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong bias toward collaboration and execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner activation strategies with Global System Integrators to enable scalable DevSecOps adoption and co-sell opportunities.
- Design and deliver technical enablement assets including reference architectures, demos, workshops, and solution blueprints for partner ecosystems.
- Act as the technical owner for partner activation plans, ensuring risks, gaps, and dependencies are proactively identified and resolved.
- Collaborate closely with Ecosystem Sales Managers and partner stakeholders to build joint go-to-market and co-delivery strategies.
- Support solution evaluation and validation phases by guiding partners through architecture design and DevSecOps best practices.
- Gather and relay field insights from partners to internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmap and strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders within Global SIs to drive long-term engagement and pipeline growth.
