Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
- Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency with digital platforms.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Private, dedicated workplace free from interruption.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain punctual attendance.
- Ability to attend mandatory three-week training (10AM – 5 PM MST, M-F).
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming emails or MMS from customers as business needs require.
- Communicate and engage with manager and team members via virtual meetings and chats.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed.
- Identify and resolve problems to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, and timeliness.
