Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Minimum 5+ years specifically in BPO services sales.
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale BPO contracts (1M+ annual contract value) with major corporations.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition in at least two of our core sectors: banking, finance, healthcare, or customer care.
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices.
- Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional business practices and regulations.
- Strong network of senior-level contacts within target industries.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in sales methodology and complex solution selling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logo clients within banking, finance, healthcare, and customer care sectors.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with enterprise-level organizations.
- Create and present compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect's specific needs.
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at C-suite and senior management levels.
- Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design customized BPO solutions.
- Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain deep market intelligence about competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
