Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, energetic approach and willingness to learn in a global team
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
- Prepare and post journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions
- Support month-end close processes and improving timelines and accuracy
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
- Review and validate financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy
