Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role within a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage; NetSuite is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A collaborative, energetic approach and willingness to learn in a global team

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
  • Prepare and post journal entries with a strong understanding of underlying business activity
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions
  • Support month-end close processes and improving timelines and accuracy
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
  • Review and validate financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy
