- Ability to pass official system network test.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Use computer software to access customer accounts and document case notes.
- Process orders and securely handle payment information.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by personalizing interactions and building loyalty.
- Meet attendance requirements and performance metrics.
- Ensure the safety and privacy of customer data.
