Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a record of understanding customer needs.
- 2+ years of experience in a commission, bonus, or metrics-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of internet, email, and hosting technology.
- Experience with productivity tools such as Office 365 or G-Suite.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls by actively listening and understanding requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend appropriate products.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs.
- Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop and maintain understanding of products, services, prices, and promotions.
- Communicate with confidence to build rapport and sell products.
- Meet metrics such as Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day.
- Pivot to support outbound sales efforts when needed.
