  • Prior virtual care industry experience preferred.
  • Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with online tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong phone and cold calling skills.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated focus on detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Successful previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Highly motivated with outstanding enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers and leadership to drive prospecting, cold outreach, and engagement of non-referral sources.
  • Identify and develop virtual care growth opportunities by promoting hybrid care models.
  • Collaborate with leadership to monitor KPIs and report on shared initiatives.
  • Reinforce patient access pathways to improve continuity of care and proper resource usage.
  • Manage the referral life-cycle from receipt to clinician assignment.
  • Provide virtual front desk support including patient education and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Referral Source Management to ensure data accuracy.
