- Prior virtual care industry experience preferred.
- Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Experience with online tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong phone and cold calling skills.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated focus on detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Successful previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role meeting or exceeding targets.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Highly motivated with outstanding enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers and leadership to drive prospecting, cold outreach, and engagement of non-referral sources.
- Identify and develop virtual care growth opportunities by promoting hybrid care models.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor KPIs and report on shared initiatives.
- Reinforce patient access pathways to improve continuity of care and proper resource usage.
- Manage the referral life-cycle from receipt to clinician assignment.
- Provide virtual front desk support including patient education and scheduling.
- Collaborate with Referral Source Management to ensure data accuracy.
