Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling high-end custom travel to Australia/NZ or North America.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited university.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Spanish skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Personal travel experience in the relevant destinations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to destination areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage travel programs across Australia/NZ from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized, high-end travel itineraries.
  • Manage bookings, including communicating with in-country operators and suppliers regarding logistics.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, trip outlines, and final pre-departure materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and local guides.
  • Provide ongoing client support and customer service before, during, and after trips.
  • Conduct data entry for new leads and clients and perform general administrative tasks.
