Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production AI systems, specifically agents, automation, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Expertise using AI agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
- Fluent in fleet commander model: managing parallel agents, delegating tasks, and reviewing output.
- Strong hands-on technical building skills.
- Product sense to differentiate between automatable tasks and human-centric education processes.
- Ability to operate autonomously and proactively in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- Capacity to work under resource constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale agent-driven enrollment and parent communication pipelines to handle large user volumes.
- Develop systems for simulating thousands of students to stress-test curriculum and generate content improvements.
- Build automated culture and community agents to handle onboarding, engagement, and retention at scale.
- Create real-time operational dashboards providing visibility into enrollment, academic progress, and parent satisfaction.
- Implement AI-first workflows to reduce administrative burden for operations staff.
- Capture institutional knowledge into compounding AI systems.
- Integrate solutions into the broader Alpha AI ecosystem, including EPHOR, GPTs, and swarm infrastructure.
