Requirements

  • Comfortable working with logs, dashboards, and technical tools.
  • Clear written communication for technical documentation and ticket updates.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn support workflows, escalation paths, and SLA-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.
  • Perform incident handling and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Conduct data analysis and identify patterns across support cases.
  • Document technical issues and provide timely ticket updates.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with senior support engineers and operations teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and resolution.
