- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Skilled at conducting high-volume initial phone and video interviews.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive approach to engaging passive candidates.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other job boards.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
- Conduct high-volume initial phone and video screening interviews.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Manage job postings and ensure recruiting workflows move efficiently.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
