  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Skilled at conducting high-volume initial phone and video interviews.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive approach to engaging passive candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other job boards.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified talent.
  • Conduct high-volume initial phone and video screening interviews.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage job postings and ensure recruiting workflows move efficiently.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
