- Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or enrollment targets

- Empathetic and steady in emotionally charged conversations
- Highly responsive, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to all new inquiries same day via phone and email
- Conduct consultative intake calls to assess needs and determine level of care
- Manage a personal admissions pipeline and meet individual enrollment targets
- Complete outbound follow-up on warm leads, pending applications, and stalled prospects
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth transitions from inquiry to admission
- Maintain same-day CRM documentation on all contacts and activity
