Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
  • Prior experience in Class 6–Class 8 truck sales or electric vehicle (EV) truck sales is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methodologies, and management systems.
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows–based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logical reasoning.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the United States up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, direct, and execute regional sales plans and strategies to improve profitability and service levels.
  • Expand existing accounts, develop new business, and build a strong account portfolio.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to assess sales potential, customer preferences, and inventory requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings, conferences, and expos.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the EV truck market, including OEMs, incentives, and industry trends.
