Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
- Educate users about Tivro Africa’s services and platform features.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement.
- Provide feedback to enhance the customer experience and platform usability.
