Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage customer tickets and chats to provide support for a prominent gaming brand
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Self-schedule 20 hours per week, with at least 7 hours scheduled on weekends
- Navigate complex scenarios and communicate valuable insights
- Follow internal escalation policies to address customer concerns
