Responsibilities

  • Manage customer tickets and chats to provide support for a prominent gaming brand
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Self-schedule 20 hours per week, with at least 7 hours scheduled on weekends
  • Navigate complex scenarios and communicate valuable insights
  • Follow internal escalation policies to address customer concerns
