- Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems.
- Familiarity with top OS and brand environments.
- Passion for helping others with electronic purchasing.
- Ability to explain technical concepts at customer knowledge level.
- Type at least 35 wpm.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in text form.
- Desktop or laptop with Chrome browser.
- Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps.
- Reliable sound output via speakers or headset.
Responsibilities
