Requirements

  • Proven experience in client onboarding and Level 1 technical support, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of troubleshooting effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding process for new and existing clients, including setup, configuration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver smooth, on-time deployments.
  • Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met during the first 90 days of implementation.
  • Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing fast, effective solutions.
  • Serve as a key communicator between clients, internal teams, and partners to resolve issues and remove barriers.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure every Autocorp.ai integration works seamlessly.
  • Document best practices, contribute to the implementation playbook, and gather feedback to continuously refine our approach.
