Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support.
- Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Dedicated quiet workplace for remote service delivery.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 MB/s (50 MB/s upload preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for elevated technical issues for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues, escalating where necessary.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from residential, business, and hospitality customers.
- Review scheduled trouble tickets for remote resolution and perform follow-up testing.
- Assist customers with system configuration, product functionality, and reporting bugs.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company product lines and customer-facing applications.
