Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support.
  • Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dedicated quiet workplace for remote service delivery.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 MB/s (50 MB/s upload preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for elevated technical issues for residential and commercial clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 technical issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from residential, business, and hospitality customers.
  • Review scheduled trouble tickets for remote resolution and perform follow-up testing.
  • Assist customers with system configuration, product functionality, and reporting bugs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company product lines and customer-facing applications.
