- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mentality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Able to support customers and team members between 2pm and 10pm UTC (9am to 5pm Eastern time).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source libraries.
- Help resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
- Configure product catalogs, including uploading catalog data, facets, searchabilities, and sort orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical resources.
- Document customer interactions, common issues, and solutions to improve integration documentation.
