Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience integrating cybersecurity or enterprise IT tools in federal environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Proficiency with APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML)
  • Experience with scripting or automation languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of NIST RMF (SP 800-37), SP 800-53, and continuous monitoring concepts
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, and ZTNA
  • Experience troubleshooting and securing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevSecOps environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations between cybersecurity tools, GRC platforms, and workflow systems
  • Automate the ingestion of security data and evidence into RMF artifacts and repositories
  • Conduct complex risk assessments, analyze network data, and design effective security solutions
  • Support integration of continuous monitoring data to enable ongoing authorization
  • Collaborate with RMF, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and tool owners to define integration requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and data flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across tools and platforms
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse integrations across systems
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of integrated cybersecurity solutions
