Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting field-deployed hardware or sensor-based systems.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, post-sales, or solutions engineering.
- Strong ability to learn and explain complex technical products.
- Hands-on experience integrating or operating sensors, radar, or autonomous technologies.
- Familiarity with system troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience working with software APIs and technical integration workflows.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line interfaces.
- Familiarity with data analysis and signal interpretation tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and diagnostic tools like Wireshark.
- Ability to operate effectively in remote and field environments.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including transporting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Support customer and partner engagements by clearly communicating the technical value and capabilities of radar-based solutions.
- Lead and execute system integration activities with third-party platforms, including command-and-control, video management, and autonomous systems.
- Plan, configure, deploy, and tune radar systems in field environments.
- Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting and support for deployed hardware and software components.
- Conduct post-deployment data analysis and generate reports for performance evaluation.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer needs and system capabilities.
- Support field activities including equipment setup, maintenance, and transport.
