Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, project coordination, learning & development, or content management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with enablement or learning platforms (e.g., Seismic) preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Requirement of an uninterrupted virtual workspace with no distractions.
  • Requirement of family care being in place during business hours.
  • Internet speed requirement of 25 Mbps or better for individual use.

Responsibilities

  • Execute enablement initiatives, including onboarding, product training, methodology reinforcement, and process rollouts.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align programs with business and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain standardized sales playbooks, learning paths, and field-ready resources.
  • Coordinate structured programs to accelerate associate readiness and track onboarding effectiveness.
  • Create training initiatives, workshops, and certification programs to reinforce product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Support the management and adoption of sales technology, including CRM and content platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Enablement and business partners to ensure consistent execution.
