Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing client-facing sales collateral or enablement materials
- Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills for B2B audiences
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with CMS and digital asset management tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistency
- Highly organized and process-driven
Responsibilities
- Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all official client-facing sales collateral and presentations
- Ensure materials clearly articulate LanguageLine’s value proposition and differentiation
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information and messaging
- Proactively audit collateral libraries to identify gaps and outdated materials
- Translate product and marketing messaging into seller-ready stories and assets
- Lead end-to-end development of new sales collateral including scoping and stakeholder reviews
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams for effective distribution
- Support enablement programs by integrating collateral into training and onboarding
