  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CMS and digital asset management tools
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistency
  • Highly organized and process-driven

Responsibilities

  • Own the development, maintenance, and governance of all official client-facing sales collateral and presentations
  • Ensure materials clearly articulate LanguageLine’s value proposition and differentiation
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information and messaging
  • Proactively audit collateral libraries to identify gaps and outdated materials
  • Translate product and marketing messaging into seller-ready stories and assets
  • Lead end-to-end development of new sales collateral including scoping and stakeholder reviews
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams for effective distribution
  • Support enablement programs by integrating collateral into training and onboarding
