Requirements
- 10 years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Design.
- Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to diagnose needs and translate them into solutions.
- Experience designing and delivering capability programs for frontline leaders, supervisors, or managers.
- Ability to translate enterprise frameworks into functional, practical application.
- Comfortable owning programs end-to-end, from design through delivery and improvement.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience working with external vendors without duplicating effort.
- Ability to balance strategic intent with operational reality.
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own talent strategy, including assessment, succession planning, and performance processes such as leadership calibration and goal cascading.
- Partner with HR business partners and leaders to identify critical roles and top talent, driving accountability for talent development and upgrading.
- Translate talent insights into targeted development actions like stretch assignments, rotations, and coaching.
- Advise on organizational design, including reviewing roles, processes, and reporting lines to improve decision-making effectiveness.
- Own leadership development programs, including content creation, topic identification, and facilitation for supervisors and emerging leaders.
- Design and govern supervisor onboarding standards across all plants to ensure consistency.
- Facilitate leadership programs and provide 360 coaching across the enterprise.
