  • Primary computer with i5 processor and 8GB RAM, plus an i3 processor backup.
  • Webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outreach to clients regarding document submissions, invoice payments, and general inquiries.
  • Request and guide clients through the accurate completion and signing of necessary documents.
  • Notify clients of overdue invoices and assist with payment processing.
  • Handle incoming client calls regarding documents, payments, and company business model inquiries.
  • Educate clients on company services, business model, and relevant procedures.
