Salary105000 RSD gross + 50% extra pay for weekends, 110% holidays, and 26% night hours (22-06 hours)

Job Details

Fluent in both Serbian and English (C1 level)
Available to work exclusively during night shifts (00:00-08:00), weekends, and holidays
High school diploma
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills and empathy
Comfortable learning and using new apps and digital systems
Strong and reliable internet connection
Suitable remote working environment without distractions
Ability to fully participate in the mandatory 2-week training and onboarding process

Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support
Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally
Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows
Maintain a high-quality customer experience by using empathy and company tone of voice
Follow internal processes, policies, playbooks, and escalation paths
Use multiple support platforms, communication channels, and operational tools simultaneously
