Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product or Technical Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering (SE), Technical Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Product Marketing (PMM).
- Deep exposure to Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk & Compliance, or DevOps environments.
- Proven track record within a multi-product B2B SaaS organization.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts like architectures, integrations, and workflows into structured content.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence to deliver training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building scalable enablement systems and learning paths.
- Technically curious mindset with interest in product functionality.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge Engineering, Product, and Sales.
- Adaptable and collaborative approach in a fast-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Build foundational and advanced product training for GTM teams including AEs, SDRs, SEs, AMs, and CSMs.
- Define role-based product competency frameworks and oversee certification paths.
- Own the technical platform narrative, training teams on architecture and cross-product workflows.
- Develop and maintain a standard POC framework and train representatives on running technical evaluations.
- Execute GTM readiness strategies for product releases, partnering with PMM and Product teams.
- Build and administer certification programs for Demos and POCs.
- Upskill CSMs on technical use cases and value demonstration for retention.
- Develop a library of high-impact technical assets including demo flows, briefs, and toolkits.
- Manage structured learning paths in enablement platforms like Mindtickle or Seismic.
