- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving toward clarity.
Responsibilities
- Own driving work and outcomes on core product features in support of largest enterprise customers.
- Solve problems around automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, and IAC.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design in a triad-based working model.
- Facilitate impactful technical conversations across internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Advocate for user interests throughout the product lifecycle, from early prototype to general availability.
