Requirements

Proven experience as a Physician
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) degree in good standing
Valid DEA license
Must live in Kentucky
Respect for patient confidentiality
Specialty training in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary medical team
Consult and conduct periodic clinical reviews
