Requirements
- BSN degree required.
- 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in telehealth.
- 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare.
- Active RN state licensure in at least one of the following: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact state license.
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
- Ability to deliver empathetic guidance via chat and virtual visits.
- Proficiency in navigating clinical protocols and organizational documentation policies.
- Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care.
- Commitment to reproductive justice and access to abortion care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion.
- Respond to patient medical questions and concerns.
- Deliver timely triage and clinical assessments.
- Provide patient-specific nursing guidance.
- Ensure patients feel heard and supported through culturally responsive care.
- Navigate clinical protocols and documentation policies.
