Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN

Requirements

Active RN license in CA and at least one of: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or a compact state license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
2+ years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in telehealth
1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare
Bilingual fluency in Spanish
Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
Proficiency in trauma-informed, patient-centered care
Ability to navigate clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Experience using online tools for patient communication and care delivery
Commitment to reproductive justice and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion
Perform timely triage and clinical assessment for patients
Deliver patient-specific nursing guidance and support
Respond to medical questions and concerns via chat and virtual visits
Ensure culturally responsive and evidence-based care delivery
Collaborate with the clinical care team to refine care delivery processes
