Active, unencumbered Florida APRN license
PMHNP-BC certification
Active DEA registration
Florida controlled-substance prescribing eligibility
Comfort practicing via two-way live video telehealth
Experience with geriatric or adult psychiatric populations preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for senior patients
Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions common in older adults
Develop and adjust treatment plans, including medication management within scope of practice
Complete clinical documentation in our platform (templates and code scaffolding provided)
Collaborate with the broader care team (nutrition, primary care, care coordination) as needed
